New Shimano Freewheels. What cog combinations?

I know that in the golden age there where cog boards, but alas, that ship has sailed...
I was wondering what combinations can be built up with the present production Shimano offerings?
Right now I'm trying to figure out a 6 speed indexing drive train based around a 14-28 free wheel. 14-16-18-21-24-28
in seven speed I've found 12-13-15-18-21-24-28. and 14,16,18,20,22,24,34
Is it possible to get a 14-16-18-20-22-24 on a 6 speed freewheel body?
or a 12-13-15-18-20-22-24 on a 7 speed body?
Or should I be looking at the Sunrace freewheels?
