I saw some older threads about Peoria, but I don't see anything new. The older threads I saw had some complaints about Peoria being difficult for bikes and commuting.
Has this changed any? What is the area around Bradley University like, for bikes? I see Peoria Bike CO-OP is in that neighborhood?
