Barrel adjuster work around

Was hoping to use a Zee RD off a MTB for my gravel bike.
There is no barrel adjuster screw. It occurred to me its probably meant to use with a Mtb shifter with a barrel adjuster.
My shifter has no such adjuster as I am running drops.
Ideas?
