Steel tubed wheels for 1980 Raleigh Racer

just enquiring - can anyone recommend wheels that will fit tubes and tyres for a 1980 Raleigh Competition- I presently have tubular rims and tyres but the shop screwed up the fitting - was thinking of using the tubulars for vintage rallies etc and have something else for my commuting - would like similar looking wheels and tyres - just ones with inner tubes . Thanks for your help
