Mystery Campagnolo Bianchi - Any Ideas? Pics inside!

I picked up this Craigslist special for a pretty good deal today. Its obvious that the paint isnt original and Im also wondering about the non-lugged fork. It has a full Campy groupset so if I dont keep it I will at least have good guts for the frame of my choosing.
