Cheap Aluminum cantilever front racks, are they all the same?

I'm picking up one of the cheap little cantilever mounted front mounted racks. I'm using it to mount a dynamo light bellow and ahead of a handlebar mounted bag, so it wont realy see any weight. It looks like the same rack weather its from Nashbar, Sunlight or M-wave. I was just wondering if ...
