Weird (or is it?) Bianchi. Anyone seen one?

This Bianchi passed through my school's bike co-op a while ago and I never got around to taking pictures. Saw it on campus last night and snapped these.
Why is it weird?
-I've done a bunch of googling and can't find another Sport SX with cantilever brakes.
-Extremely limited tire clearance....
