I have a Giant Roam 3 2018 with Tektro mechanical disc brakes and one of the front disc brake calipers is off center and and is rubbing against the rotor, preventing my wheel from free-spinning. I'm a newbie to bike mechanics. Is there a screw/hex adjustment to get the calipers to center properly...
