These were hand built by TLC for Bikes in Raleigh NC. Gary is an excellent wheelbuilder, known for building strong wheels. These are Origin8's higher end hubs, very likely by Forumula, and are ball bearing, not sealed bearing. The rims are Velocity Road V's, note the paired spokes. They are ...
