Square taper crank arms with "inverse" q-factor?

I have a mid-drive ebike (BBS02) that has too wide a q-factor, especially on the drive side. I'm looking for "inverse" q-factor crank arms that will bring the pedals closer to the chain stay. Do such things exist?
