Fulcrum Zero vs. Campagnolo Eurus

I understand that they are basically the same (and that Fulcrum is owned by Campagnolo), only difference I can see is that the Zeros have ceramic bearings and the Eurus are steel. Price point is about the same. Looking for a lightweight, durable, daily use wheelset.
