Quill stem ...easy drop bar swap

where do i find one?
a quill stem: 22.2 dia, 70-80 cm, 25.4 clamp, and clamp that does not require me to undo the bar tape?
cant seem to find any good ones...only found ugly, heavy ones for comfort bike.
i m lazy...scare to unravel the beautifully wrapped bar.
