Bike Assembly; Online Purchase

I've been online looking at bikes and I'm wondering how much assembly is needed for an online purchase. I've been looking at bikes from Lim Bikes. I'm interested in a Scott Speedster and a Cannondale Synapse Tiagra.

How much assembly would be required is my question.
