I recently purchased a CIOCC frameset that appears to be authentic. it has the TSD stamp on the rear brake bridge, the CIOCC marked seat stays, the fork crown

with the CIOCC stamp, the bottom bracket cut out. it also has down tube braise ons for shifters or cable stops with the derailleur cables...
