Combine Tektro/Shimano shifter to separate components

Hi I'm trying to convert my Tektro/Shimano brake/shifter to a separate brake and shifter bracket. The issue is my Shimano shifters are bolted to my Tektro brake levers so now I need a band/bracket to bolt the shifter to the handlebars. Any ideas?
