Bent top tube?

Hello. I live in Norway (sorry for my bad english), and I am new to this forum.

I have recently bought a 1985 Koga Miyata 912, and the bike is ridden only 50 kilometers.

Everything on this bike is in really good condition, but i have noticed that the top tube looks a bit bent where the tube meets...
