PX-10 RD Hanger Tap size

I've finally come up with a build plan for my PX-10. So as I'm mocking things up a bit, I find that the RD Hanger has never been tapped. Frame is in excellent condition and so apparently never built up.

Is a 10mm tap appropriate for this frame?
