Worn-Out Wheel

My rear wheel (Who I've been babying for a long time.) wore out. The shop says the hub and everything else is shot. Does anyone know of a good place that can build up a good wheel? (Mail order.) The LBS are here are ok but I need something that will last. Any ideas?
