MTN tandem, Gates Carbon Drive timing?

Building a Ventana mountain tandem and thought about using a gates carbon drive for the timing belt. But don’t think they have a system that uses a ring smaller than the 69T; hoping to get some more ground clearance for off road.

Any suggestions? I think it will need to be a standard chain...
