Tire has a small cut

I realized my rear tire was very slowly leaking air. Until today I could go on 2 months without the need to pump, but today I found it very different from before, pumped it to 80 psi, took a short ride, it was back to 40 psi. I found a small 5 mm cut outside the tire, see the middle of the picture....
