shimano rollerbrake grease cap stuck and access issues

i've got newbie maintenance issues:foo:

have a dutch oma with shimano roller brakes front/rear.

the front brake- the grease cap is a hard non flexible plastic that i can turn/spin, don't think it has any threads but also can't get it to pop off. i can easily grease it if i can get the darn...
