Searching for Older Video of Older French Cyclist?

I cannot find the video of an older French cyclist (a man) that is documented as he rides some of the highest passes in France. He has since passed, sadly being struck by a car. He was a minimalist too, so that might ring a bell for anyone that might link me to that video.
