CX bike stem/bars CREAKING like heck

My CX bike starting creaking a lot when I honk on the bars. Well, just plain creaking. No sounds the past couple years. I've done a few races and some training.

I tightened the 4 faceplate bolts and 2 stem bolts. No change. I removed bolts and cleaned and greased faceplate and threads. No...
