cops and selective enforcement of bike laws AND cops violating 3 ft law
Its okay for cops to violate the CA 3ft law and endanger the life of a cyclist. Cop claims he has never heard of the CA 3ft law, how convenient. Cop then claims its legal because its on private property ? Police will ignore bike law violations for some people but not others.....
