Mercier 200 Top Tube length?
I looked at a red bike from CL and I pretty sure it is a Mercier, and looks like a 200 but was repainted and the top tube seems short its also fitted with an English 3 spd stem and handlebar. Seat tube measures 61.6 cm (24") C to T. and the top tube measures 56 cm C-C. My Peugeot UE-8 is 60 cm...
