Should I sue?

Orthopedist told me to stay off the bike due to shoulder injury (I told him that, surprisingly, biking didn't hurt the shoulder--I ride pretty upright). When I mentioned that my bike was a means of transportation, he told me to pick up speed walking.

I'm thinking of suing for hurt feelings...
