Hi everyone

We recently moved. the movers moved my handlebar /wheel alignment.

I have a Nirve Ultraliner . The lock nut at the top of the stem is recessed I tried a couple socks, I can't access the nut. do I need a special tool? Please help, I can't wait to get riding again. Thanks Bill
