Bad pain between my shoulder blades
On my ride yesterday I got a pain in my neck, more between my shoulder blades. It got so bad I had to stop and lay down in someone's yard for a few minutes. The only thing that changed was I got a new helmet with a visor and I had to crane my neck a little to see forward. I had about a 3" drop...
