i can't believe i fubared my leg up

well the summer is going to suck- I really did a number on my leg with a pretty good hamstring tear in my left leg- I can walk, just barely, but no riding probably for quite a while.

and my grail bike, a Look kg96 in my size!! (first one i have found in 18 years) is in the mail as I write...
