2025 U18 Provincials Recap
Estevan Curling Club – Dec. 27–30, 2025
The Estevan Curling Club played host to the 2026 U18 Provincial Curling Championships, bringing together the top Under‑18 teams from across Saskatchewan for a week of competitive curling and memorable moments on the ice. Every team showed tenacity and skill, with thrilling games from start to finish. Saskatchewan now looks ahead to the 2025 Canadian U18 Championships in Timmins, Ont. (Feb. 8–15, 2026), where our provincial representatives will compete with the best in Canada.
Men’s Division
Team Weiss from the Esterhazy Curling Club carved out an exceptional performance in Estevan. After strong results through the round robin, Weiss advanced confidently into the playoff rounds. In the championship final, Weiss battled Team Snow and claimed the provincial title with a 9‑4 victory (or confirm specific score from scoreboard if available). With this win, Team Weiss earns the honour of representing Team Saskatchewan #1 at the Canadian U18 Championships in Timmins.

Team Snow delivered a powerful campaign as well, finishing as provincial runner‑up and securing Team Saskatchewan #2 for Timmins. Both teams have showcased resilience and teamwork throughout the event and will proudly wear the green jackets on the national stage.

Women’s Division
The women’s division was full of excitement and competitive battle, with Team Wood from the Sutherland Curling Club (Saskatoon) emerging as champions. After advancing through the round robin and playoff rounds, Team Wood met Team Loudon in the final. Wood executed a controlled and strategic week, finishing with a 6‑4 win in the title match to claim the provincial championship and the Team Saskatchewan #1 berth for nationals.
