Volunteer recruitment underway to be part of the fun at the 2026 Montana’s Brier

Volunteers will have a chance to make the 2026 Montana’s Brier, presented by AGI, in St. John’s, N.L., one of the most memorable events in the rich history of the Canadian men’s curling championship.

There are numerous areas in which volunteers can make their contributions to the success of the event, scheduled for Feb. 27-March 8 at the Mary Brown’s Centre, and an updated volunteer plan will also give them the chance, when space permits, to take in action between shifts and be a part of the exciting fan experience!

Forty standing-room spots for each draw will be available to volunteers on a first-come, first served basis.

As well, upon the completion of the third end of each draw, volunteers can sit in any empty seat in the arena (with the understanding that if the ticket-holder arrives, volunteers will have to move).

Of course, if there are specific draws for which volunteers will want a guaranteed seat, they’re encouraged to purchase a ticket and schedule their shifts accordingly.
