The CURLSASK 50/50 is Back!
Last season’s 50/50 was such a success that CURLSASK is thrilled to announce our 50/50 raffle is back for 2023, but with a twist! This season’s 50/50 will be PROGRESSIVE with tickets being available starting right now and until the end of March. And proceeds will be going right back to the curling clubs of Saskatchewan!
“CURLSASK know our clubs need us. The future success of curling is through our clubs. They are on the frontlines, putting in the work at the grassroots and community level to keep curling alive. The more CURLSASK can help our member clubs, the better curling will be in the future,” says Kellyn Geiger, Executive Director of CURLSASK.
When asking Dustin Mikush, Community Development Manager of CURLSASK, the significance of proceeds going towards curling club he responded saying, “due to rising operational costs and aging infrastructure of facilities across the province, our Member Clubs will be able to invest the 50/50 funds into maintaining their facilities, building capital reserve funds, becoming accessible, and recruiting new members.”
How does a progressive 50/50 work? It’s easy! Simplify by a ticket using the link below, and then watch the pot grow. Then on March 30th, 2023 at 7pm, tune into CURLSASK’s Facebook Page to watch the winning ticket be announced. It might be a longer wait, but it will be worth it.
