Job Opportunity: Ice Technician, Humboldt Curling Club
The Humboldt Curling Club has a rich curling history and is located in the Uniplex in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. Our 6 sheet club is home to many competitive events, leagues, and bonspiels. We are looking for an experienced Ice Technician to install and maintain the ice starting for the 2022/2023 curling season.
Duties Include:

Have a certified Ice Technicians Course

Install the ice in the beginning of October

Maintain the ice and equipment throughout the curling season

Prepare the ice prior to each game

Maintain locker rooms
-
Remove the ice at the end of March, and clean and store all equipment

Provide a monthly report to the Board of Directors

Job Opportunity: General Manager, Humboldt Curling Club
Duties include:

Organization of Leagues, Bonspiels, and Events

Operation of the bar, including managing staff and supplies

Ensure membership satisfaction and growth

Financial management
-
Marketing and sponsorship

Provide a monthly report to the Board of Directors
The goal of the club manager is to achieve bottom line results to ensure long term sustainability for the Humboldt Curling Club. Salary is dependent on experience.
