Curling Canada crafting rule exemption to allow Jennifer Jones to return as Team Canada at 2019 Scotties

Under the current setup, a team must have at three of the four members from a winning team return. Jones would currently be left with only two returning members from her 2018 Scotties roster, however Curling Canada is granting an exemption due to a conflict with the Olympics.
