Adam Amroune shines with an impressive 2nd place finish
One of our young talents, Adam Amroune, delivered an excellent performance by finishing 2nd in the recent LAML school chess tournament, standing out despite facing tough competition from older and more experienced young players.
Throughout the event, Adam showed remarkable fighting spirit, focus, endurance, managing to score consistently against strong opposition. His result is even more impressive given the overall level of the tournament, where several highly ranked players took part.
Notably, the tournament featured Axel Plard, the number one ranked player going into the event, who eventually finished 4th, underlining just how competitive the field was and how strong Adam’s achievement truly is.
This result confirms Adam’s steady progress and growing confidence in competitive play. We are proud of his performance and look forward to seeing him continue his development and achieve even more strong results in future tournaments.
