Johan-Sebastian Christiansen is the winner of the Sahel Chess Festival Open A group. The tournament took place September 02 – September 08 in Monastir, Tunisia (check out The African Chess Calendar, which is part of The Chess Calendar) The Norwegian Grandmaster collected 8,5/9, conceding only one draw along the way to the title.
The silver is for IM Aleksandr Domalchuk-Jonasson and the bronze goes to GM Nebojsa Nikcevic.
