CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP OTB 22-23
Congratulations to Rishi Vijayakumar J11 (1826) on retaining his Club Championship title after a great win against number one seed, Helge Magnussen (2141) in the last round! Rishi just gets better and better!
We had a 5 way tie for Runners-up spot; Helge Magnussen (2141); Alastair Dawson (1795); Euan Murray (1575); Andy Rowe (1572) & Subhayu Banerjee (1444). Well played lads!
The under 1600 winners was another tie, this time 3-ways: Euan Murray, Andy Rowe & Subhayu Banerjee.
That ends another very successful Club Championship for another season!
JUNIOR ONLINE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP 22-23
Congratulations to Rishi Vijayakumar J11 (1826) on becoming the 2022-23 Junior Online Champion! This is the 2nd time in a row Rishi has won the title, but he was pushed all the way this year! Lets hope next years sees more juniors taking part!
CASTLEHILL ONLINE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP 22-23
Congratulations to Richard Kynoch on becoming the Castlehill Online Club Champion 2023-24 after beating Andre Babin in the last round to finish on 5 points and unbeaten!
Graham Mooney & Andre Babin tied for the runners up spot on 4 points. Last seasons defending champion, Rishi Vijayakumar J11, could only manage 4th equal, after losing in the first round and drawing with Andy Rowe in the last round!
Once again congratulations to Richard Kynoch!

Congratulations to Alisdair McLeod (1531) & Rishi Vijayakumar (1826) for reaching the final of the Random Knockout competition. Commiserations to Cosmo Bobak and Subhayu Banerjee for just missing out in the semi-final stages!

We have reached the Q/F stage of the competition. Norman Waugh (unfortunate bye) and Tom Wardlaw (beat Ed Walton) are in the semi-finals already, but we still await the outcome of the Andy Rowe (1572) v (1826) Vijayakumar J11 & Alisdair McLeod (1531) v (UG) Leonardo Devisme matches.

Two rounds have been played so far and we have a 4 way tie for 1st place on 6 points: (Euan Murray, Alisdair McLeod, Andy Rowe & Ray Noble! Two more rounds to go with the top four meeting each other in round 3!
SUMMER ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIP 2023
We have a 3 way tie after two rounds with Rishi Vijayakumar, Leyton Hackney & Ray Noble all on 6 points! Ray did well in beating number one seed, Graham Mooney, but to be fair Graham did make an error under pressure! Still a win is a win! Two rounds to go and round 3 may well be the round that decides the title, or maybe not as they say!
