Scholastic Players – especially K-8 players, please join the UtahChessAssociation Group on chesskid.com.

Log into (or create) your account on chesskid.com, and click on they Grey settings icon. Click “Do you have a Group Registration Key”. Use this registration key to join the group: C7VTAJ.

After you join on chesskid.com, you will be added to the tournament club. Our first tournament is Saturday, Feb 20, starting at 9:15 am. There are two sections, one for younger/beginning players and one for older/more advanced players. Pick which section is best for you and play. No prizes, no entry fee, not US Chess rated, just for fun and to get you playing again. The registration will open on chesskid.com 30 minutes before the event starts.

The Utah Chess Association also has a club on chess.com. It is called Team Utah. It is open to any adults in Utah as well as scholastic players old enough to use chess.com (typically HS and JHS players).
