Obituary of Walter Shipman

On February 28^th Walter Shipman passed away at the age of 87.  The friendly and popular International Master, a lawyer in his professional life, will be sadly missed.  Especially our USA members may remember him participating in the KWA meeting in San Francisco in 2009.
