The 10th International Paleochora Open was organized by Municipality of Kandanos-Selino, Chania Chess Academy and Prefecture of Crete from 19-26th July in Paleochora, Greece. A total of 220 players from 27 countries, including 16 Grandmasters and 19 International Masters, competed in the 9-round Swiss event.
