Alps trip

Good morning

Several people have asked for further details of the ALPS trip, so here I go...

Dates: The campsite is booked for a stay of 8 nights from 22/7/17 – 30/7/17, arriving on Saturday 22 and leaving on Sunday 30.

The campsite is called Camping des Ecrins and their website can be found at http://www.camping-les-ecrins.com/en/ and it is by the river and the slalom site.

The club has booked 40 people into the site and paid the deposit for everyone. The cost for the week is £60 per person assuming you are camping. This is a fixed price and even if you come for less nights you will still need to pay £60 per person.

The money can be paid at the pool, you can send me cheque made payable to PACKERS (my address is Jason Pink, 24 Buryfield, Bury, Ramsey, Huntingdon, Camb's, PE262LE) or by BACS (email me for details, I do not want to post them online). If you do want to pay by BACS would you please put ALPS 2017 as the reference.
