Bruno Mars Gets His Own Las Vegas Strip Street to Kick Off The Romantic Tour
Las Vegas is taking its appreciation for Bruno Mars to a new level. On April 10, the city will honor the singer with a parade along the Las Vegas Strip and the official unveiling of “Bruno Mars Drive,” a permanent street name recognizing his long-running impact on the city’s entertainment scene.
According to The Las Vegas Review-Journal, the celebration is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. on Las Vegas Boulevard near the north side of the Bellagio. The procession will move past several of the Strip’s best-known landmarks, including the Bellagio fountains, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, ARIA Resort & Casino, and Park MGM, before ending at Toshiba Plaza outside T-Mobile Arena. Once the parade reaches the plaza, Park Avenue will officially be renamed Bruno Mars Drive.
The designation places Mars alongside a select group of entertainers who have streets named after them in Las Vegas. Roads in the city already honor legendary figures, including Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr.
Clark County Commissioner Jim Gibson is expected to present Mars with a proclamation during the event, while Joe Lombardo will provide a ceremonial Nevada state flag. Organizers also said Mars plans to donate to a local nonprofit during the festivities.
The April 10 event doubles as the launch of The Romantic Tour, Mars’ first full solo stadium tour in nearly a decade. The tour was initially announced with roughly 40 dates, but overwhelming demand pushed the schedule to nearly 70 shows across North America, Europe, and the U.K. Ticket sales set new single-day records for both Live Nation and Ticketmaster, with more than 2 million tickets sold in a single day.
The tour supports Mars’ new album, The Romantic, which has quickly become one of the biggest releases of 2026. The project debuted at No. 1, while its singles “I Just Might” and “Risk It All” have dominated multiple Billboard charts. Mars will head out on the road with Anderson .Paak as DJ Pee .Wee, with Victoria Monét, RAYE, and Leon Thomas appearing on select dates.
