Kirk Cousins Lists $3 Million Georgia Mansion After Signing with the Las Vegas Raiders
New Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Kirk Cousins has put his luxurious $3 million Georgia mansion on the market.
On Thursday, the Raiders signed Cousins to a one-year, $20 million deal. The 37-year-old was released by the Atlanta Falcons with two years remaining on the $180 million contract he signed in 2024.
With Cousins and his family relocating for the second time in as many years, the four-time Pro Bowler will now search for a new home in the Sin City area. Additionally, he'll now seek a buyer for his breathtaking six-bedroom mansion in Florida.
According to Charlie Lankston of Realtor.com, Cousins has listed his six-bedroom home in Suwanee, Georgia, for $2.99 million. The mansion covers more than 10,000 square feet and is located in a gated community called The River Club.
The home also features 6.5 bathrooms and a giant basement space that could be converted into a gym or even another bedroom:

Kirk Cousins Will Pass $330 Million in Career Earnings
According to Spotrac.com, Cousins has made just over $321.692 million in career earnings. With a $20 million deal in his back pocket, the veteran signal-caller will soon cross the $330 mark.
Much has been made about Cousins' sky-high career earnings because of his lack of postseason success. But Cousins and his camp have always read the market well, so credit where it's due.
The Raiders are expected to use the No. 1 pick of 2026 on Indiana Hoosiers quarterback Fernando Mendoza. By signing Cousins, however, it strongly indicates that the Raiders would rather Mendoza sit on the bench to begin his career.
In 10 games for the Falcons last season, Cousins completed 61.7 percent of pass attempts for 1,721 yards, 10 touchdowns and five interceptions. For his career, Cousins has 44,700 passing yards, 298 touchdowns and 131 picks.
