Alan Ritchson Bodyweight Workout Footage Surfaces Amid Neighbor Video
Actor Alan Ritchson was involved in an alleged physical altercation on Sunday, March 22, with a man in a residential neighborhood.
The incident happened in the city of Brentwood near Nashville, Tennessee, according to authorities.
In a video shared on X, a man in a blue shirt appears to step in front of Ritchson, on purpose, on a motorcycle in the middle of a residential street, resulting in a crash.
"Are you kidding me, dude?" Ritchson says in the video. The man is seen saying that he called police because Ritchson was "driving around" the neighborhood like a "lunatic." Also, another video shared by TMZ shows Ritchson appear to allegedly hit the man multiple times.
According to a report from The Hollywood Reporter, Brentwood Police captain Steve Pepin says that an "investigation is currently underway, though 'no arrests have been made' in the case. The investigation is expected to continue for several days."

Now, a video of Ritchson's workout routine is making the rounds. Specifically, in a YouTube video shared back in 2024, Mike Israetel breaks down the actor's fitness routine.
Israetel, Ph.D., and co-founder of Renaissance Periodization, is known for weighing in, pun intended, on trendy fitness methods and explaining what works best based on research and analytics.
In the video, Israetel shows an old interview clip of Ritchson saying that he’ll do around 25 pullups at a time. Israetel doesn't believe it. He adds that anyone who says that they can do 25 pullups is just not telling it like it is.
"Remember, most of this is not coming down under eccentric control to a dead hang, fully relaxed at the bottom and the chin at least touches or nears the bar at the top—almost nobody can do 25 pullups like that," Israetel says in the video.
Israetel also critiques the actor's form and range of motion. "Dips—through a very high-degree range of motion—are safe for the shoulder joint, they make your shoulder joint stronger, and they blast your triceps, front delts, and pecs to the moon," he says.
