Star From This Iconic 1993 Movie Throws Hands Outside L.A. Club

Marty York, who played Alan ‘Yeah-Yeah’ McClennan caught a pop fly or two, to the jaw Sunday night. York was outside an L.A. club when an unknown man charged at him and tried to throw some punches. Between trading blows to the face, York yanked his shirt off, and continued to fight in a nearby parking garage.

“Some unknown individual charged at me, and I had to defend myself, ” York told TMZ.

It’s not clear what stopped the fight, but neither party was solid on their feet. No police were called.

Netflix Removed Sandlot From Streaming Service

If you’re feeling nostalgic for this classic movie that introduced a generation of kids and teens to a love of baseball, you’ll have to go somewhere besides Netflix. The streaming service removed “The Sandlot” on March 13, right before the opening day of MLB.

Netflix is gearing up to stream Yankees vs. Giants on March 25.
