Kalshi allows users to bet on just about anything, including on what will happen during upcoming episodes of the reality show Survivor. As Survivor 50, Episode 3 is set to air on March 11, the most noteworthy aspect of what traders are putting their money on related to the show is who will be eliminated. Traders' bets create implied probabilities that often forecast outcomes accurately.
In the early hours of March 10, 2026, there was a 98% implied probability that Quintavius "Q" Burdette will be eliminated during Survivor 50, Episode 3. Here's why the market's confidence is so striking.
The first reason why the betting odds stand out is that Kalshi's betting markets have a proven track record this season. Ahead of the first episode, the market predicted that Jenna Lewis-Dougherty was the most likely to be eliminated, with Kyle Fraser also favored to leave the game. Ultimately, they both exited during the episode.
Next, the extreme level of confidence is striking, to say the least. With a 98% implied probability that Burdette will be eliminated, the betting odds don't give any of the other players even a 1% chance of leaving the game during episode three.
Finally, based on what has been seen during the first two episodes, the market being so sure Burdette will go seems puzzling. After all, other players seem to be in peril, like Ozzy Lusth and Benjamin "Coach" Wade, who are openly feuding, or Rick Devens and Joe Hunter, who had had a heated confrontation. On top of that, there are still 21 players left in the game, so it seems like there should be many routes the drama could take that would lead to other players leaving during the next episode.
