'Baywatch' Star Carmen Electra, 53, Reveals What She Wants in a Man
Carmen Electra shared with Fox News Digitalwhat she’s looking for in a man at age 53.
'Keep the Spark Alive'
“You definitely wanna keep the spark alive, but you wanna be with someone that you love being with because that’s definitely what’s gonna keep the spark live anyway, right?" Electra told the outlet at Steven Tyler’s annual Grammy-viewing party.
“So someone that – you just love their spirit, you love who they are as a person, someone that’s not a downer. I like artists, like people that are into art, whatever their art may be, all that good stuff.”
Electra Is Twice Divorced
Electra was previously married to NBA star Dennis Rodman from 1998 until 1999, filing for an annulment after just nine days of marriage. She was later married to Jane’s Addiction frontman Dave Navarro from 2003 until 2007. That union was documented in the reality TV series Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen + Dave.
“My confidence just comes from trying to be the best person I can possibly be,” she added. “I’m a Taurus, so I’m very stubborn, but I love life, I love food, I love people, I love love, and I’m very passionate. And I’ll always be that way. So, that’s never going to stop.”
'I Want Somebody That's Very Romantic'
In a recent interview with People, Electra revealed that she’s hoping to date someone in 2026 despite being single for the last several years. “I don’t like liars,” Electra said of what she searches for in a partner. “It’s just really nice when you’re with someone [who ’s] just really into you. I have had that before. It obviously didn’t last. But once you know what it feels like to really be with someone [who] is so there for you, you can’t undo that feeling. You know, it’s just beautiful. [I want] somebody that’s very romantic,” the former “Singled Out” host added. “I remember when I was dating Dave, I was so not romantic, and he was teaching me how to be romantic, but now I am.”
As for reprising her most famous role as Lani on Baywatch, Electra was hopeful but didn’t promise anything. She last played the role in the 2003 TV movie Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding. “I have not heard anything yet, but I’m definitely open to discussion.”
