Brutal Crashes in Big Air Ski Jump Event

Elias Lajunen, 18, of Team Finland, gave a thumbs up to the crowd at the Olympics following a wild crash during his big air ski jump. Medics quickly made their way to Lajunen, who appeared to be injured and is getting checked out by the team’s medical experts. Video of his fall went viral on social media, and fans are throwing their support to him.

This competition is a mix of solid landings and a few more crash landings. We’ll update as we learn more about the athletes.
