How to Do Hindu Pushups

  1. Begin in a downward dog position with your hands and feet on the floor, hips pushed high, and head hanging between your arms.
  2. Bend your elbows and lower your chest toward the floor, then swoop it forward in a smooth arc as your hips drop and your chest lifts.
  3. Push back through your hands and reverse the motion, lifting your hips and returning to the starting downward dog position.
