3. David Bowie: "Heroes"
The final episode of the show ends with the 1977 song of David Bowie's, which, naturally, sums up how we're supposed to feel about our teenage protagonists. 3. Prince: "When Doves Cry"
The second Prince song in the Stranger Things finale is also from the 1984 Purple Rain album, and it's a banger. "When Doves Cry" is a perfect song, and fits great with the finale.
1. Fleetwood Mac:"Landslide"
The tenth Fleetwood Mac album, released in 1975, was just called Fleetwood Mac. Sometimes, the live version of "Landslide" is popular, which was featured on the 1988 live album The Dance. But the Stranger Things kids couldn't have had that version because it wasn't really released until 1998. So, right now, they're caught in the landslide between 1975 and 1998.
